How We Can Help

Does your dog pull like a freight train when you take her for a walk?
This is very common, there are so many interesting things that your dog wants to explore when outdoors. We can help and in a way that will be fun for both you and your dog

Dogs are not born knowing where they should relieve themselves. It is up to us to teach them.

We can teach you how you can have a housetrained dog by following 3 steps.

Does your dog act like a maniac when on walks? Does he lunge and bark at every skateboarder, biker or jogger who goes by?
Call us we can help.

Is your dog frightened, worried or unsure of things. We can help you to teach your dog that his world his safe, using the most up to date, humane methods.

We can help.
Growls, snaps or snarls are a dogs way of communicating that they feel scared or threatened and want something or someone to move away.
We can help teach your dog to become more comfortable when you approach him while eating.

We understand how challenging this can be for you and realize that it can be embarrassing when your dog growls or tries to bite someone.
We can help you to understand what is going on and teach your dog to be more comfortable around strangers.

Many dogs dislike nail trims, ear cleans, baths or being touched in certain areas.
We can show you how to get your dog to not only tolerate these things but to actually enjoy them.

Testimonials

  • My husband and I have our freedom back again. Cody suffered from separation anxiety, we could not to leave her without her barking, whining and panting. With Sarah we saw progress. It’s taken time but now we’re able to leave her for 4 hours, she just relaxes and sleeps while we are gone.

  • Sarah is the most amazing, compassionate, effective dog trainer!! Her kindness, patience, compassion and incredible results are something to witness! My little dog, Tykie, was very leash aggressive and would react strongly when he saw other dogs. Now he barely bats an eye at them!

  • “Sarah Pennington is a Godsend!” - I run West Coast Cocker Rescue, and Sarah fostered many of our dogs. But she also helped rehabilitate many other dogs with serious behavioral issues who probably wouldn’t have been adopted without her help.
